Ingrid is an associate lawyer with NAGY &Associates focused on M&A and general corporate matters. Working for years under the supervision and guidance of Zsuzsa, Ingrid assists the firm’s M&A department, aids the firms’ due diligence investigation processes and all in all is ready to serve the ever changing needs of our clients.

She graduated from “Babeș-Bolyai” University,Faculty of Law, Cluj-Napoca and holds an LLM in EU Private Law obtained from “Babeș-Bolyai” University, Cluj. She regularly takes on roles in organizing moot courts for law students.

Ingrid speaks Hungarian, Romanian and English and is a member of the Cluj Bar Association.

When not in the office, you’ll probably find her  behind a good Netflix -series, experimenting in the kitchen, or out with friends and family.
